Shipping costs
We ship with Swiss Post. Costs depend on the weight of your order.

Within Switzerland, we send orders by A Mail. International shipments are sent by registered mail – with tracking and liability cover.
Bulky items
A surcharge applies to products over 1 metre long. It is calculated automatically at checkout.
Larger orders
A parcel can weigh up to 30 kg. Heavier orders are sent in several parcels; the costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Deliveries abroad
Customs duties, import charges and VAT may also apply. These are payable by the recipient.

Delivery time
Items in stock
Usually 5–7 working days within Switzerland, 2–3 weeks abroad.
Personalised products
Custom-made items such as badges, Velcro labels or name tags need additional production time, usually 2–3 weeks.
